Project

This roof installation incorporated various state-of-the-art accessories, requiring the best weathering details on the market.

Roof Specification

Keybemo 400/65 profile standing seam 0.9mm thick, coated PVF2 7022 Dark Grey on 220mm deep halters, with 160mm of compressed mineral fibre quilt, sitting on plywood decking.

Observations

Included in this project were 600 no. welded cranked sheets to form superior aesthetic transitions between varying roof pitches without the need for unsightly flashing details. There were also alternative roof light details including sunpipes, large domes and “Velux” typed opening roof lights together with windcatcher ventilators.

The Welded Solutions

All of these required their own bespoke site welded weathering details easily accommodated by Sureweld.
