Working Safely

All our welding teams operate within our company Safety Management System. A Specific Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Method Statement is carried out for all our work tasks. This Information is communicated to the workforce via the contracts supervisor.

General health and safety information, and any new industry specific guidance, is communicated through our regular health and safety forums and site toolbox talks.

For continued support and guidance, our teams also have access to our Health and Safety consultant, Fieldside HSM Ltd.

Our Managers and Supervisors ensure compliance to the Safety Management System each time they visit site. All findings are recorded and used in future training and feedback sessions.

We also communicate any information the HSE publishes to our employees through a quarterly Health and Safety newsletter, provided by Fieldside HSM Ltd.
