Innovative Sureweld detail for fixing ’Bilco’ type access hatch. Simple yet effective weather proofing. Can be adapted to suit various sizes and other types.
Standard detail for fixing ‘Monodraught’ type sun pipes. Can be adapted to suit various sizes and other types.
Details to provide superior alternative to standard mechanical verge detail where the angle of roof would otherwise necessitate large, unsightly raking closures / fillers which may not even be water tight.
Standard soaker detail to ensure complete weather and water proofing. Superb simple alternative to hideous ‘Dektite’ type flexible flashings and the associated short term mastic seals.
Another Sureweld developed solution to provide guaranteed weather proofing to a roof light system not formerly associated with standing seam roofing installations.
The only solution for ensuring complete weather proofing where standing seam end laps are unavoidable. Rivet and mastic lap joints cannot be considered acceptable on an otherwise ‘Secret Fix’ system.
The only acceptable method of providing fully sealed and weathered penetrations and associated supports to vents, roof lights etc. with the added provision of a weathering flashing to protect the adjacent roof construction prior to fixing of M&E equipment (By others)
