PDF Drawings

We offer a wide variety of services both on and off site, which can be tailored to suit the most simple or demanding of projects.

We believe that a proactive approach to getting all details of a job, from type of material to specific detail correct first time, every time, helps our customers to work more effectively with their clients and to ensure we are fully aware of what is required from us by our customers. We draw upon our experience when providing design input, this is supported with drawings and photographs of complete like or similar details.

This input particularly at pre-start stage serves several useful functions, primarily it delivers a degree of responsibly and accountability on our shoulders. If we have suggested a detail it’s because we have done it before and we know it works and is effective. This is an added incentive to encourage our team to perform across the board. In addition it ensures that details are progressed in the most cost effective and efficient manner with few unwanted surprises.

Below is a selection of the most common and used details. Variations are available and every option can be tailored to such the project in question, please contact the office to discuss your specific requirements.

Non-Structural Soaker Detail - View

Detail to provide simple yet effective weather proofing with thermal insulation between inner and outer elements where load bearing characteristics are not required.

Welding Raking Verge- View

Detail to provide superior alternative to standard mechanical verge detail where the angle of roof would otherwise necessitate large, unsightly raking closures / fillers which may not even be water tight.

Access Hatch - View

Innovative Sureweld detail fro fixing ‘Bilco’ type access hatch. Simple yet effective weather proofing. Can be adapted to suit various sizes and other types.
